Tray dryer is specially designed for pharmaceutical, food, chemical, paints, textiles and other industries. Uniform air circulation, controlled temperature, sturdy construction and large working space. Are the valuable features of the dryer which is suitable designed to cover wide temperature range. A Highly effective recirculation air system is provided. The filtered air, heated electrically is recalculated with fresh air in selected proportions for optimum drying. The system is designed so that the material at the top and the bottom dry simultaneously. Loading and unloading is fast and simple. For continuous operation a spare trolley can be used loading while the drying cycle is taking place.

Inside surface is painted with heat resistant aluminum paint and out side with synthetic enamel.
Fresh air inlet with fan motor having electrical interlocking for safety of heating elements.
Heating coils and fan motor having electrical interlocking for safety of heating elements.
Available in wide ranging models from 24 to 192 trays capacity.
Timer provided to set cyclic period which can operate automatically in absence of operator.
