De-Dusting & De-Burring Machine

CPDB-80
is designed to dislodge deposited dust particles and extract
all loose dust from the surface of compressed tablets. Surface
dust is a persistent problem with compressed tablets and creates
problems at sealing either at Blister or Strip packing machine.
The steplessly variable speed of the screen cylinder makes
the machine suitable for wide range of the tablet handling
per minute.
De-duster is a simple, handy tabletop unit to attach to any
Tableting machine's discharge.

Construction: |
The unit consists
of inlet, outlet stainless steel vibratory perforated disc,
acrylic outer covers, vacuum connection nozzles, compressed
air connection and magnetic coil housed in stainless steel
body. All contact parts are made of S.S 304 and components
can be easily cleaned/washed or sterilized. The height of
the De-duster unit can be easily adjusted by hydraulically
operated stand to suit to the outlet discharge of different
Tableting machine. |
Operation: |
| The
Principle of the operation of the PRECIOUS De-dusting machine
is to offer the tablet, highest possible effective screening
length by using rotary spiral screen cylinder. Tablets fall
directly from the Tableting machine onto top charging plate
and travel around the perforated discs, jumps continuously,
due to vibration until they fall through aperture onto the
next disc where they drop up side down and travel to the path
of 2.8 meters (approximately). Tablet deducting and debarring
is performed as the tablet pass over the vibrating multilevel
perforated discs. Vibration intensity can be sleeplessly adjusted
by means of Rheostat. Dust is extracted by Vacuum, connected
to Dust extracting arrangement or centralized vacuum system.
On shortfall of vacuum, extra filtered compressed air can
be blasted on tablets to accelerate dedusting. (Provision
given with the machine). The rotary screen is mounted freely
on a pair of spools and bearing in S.S. housing. So it can
be lifted up easily and thus provides easier cleaning of the
screen cylinders as well as housing. |

Maintenance free unit. For Cleaning or Sterilization or for
change over, all parts can be easily dismantled without any
tools with no time. A simple knob can control vibration. Tablet
conveying route is so geometrically designed for impingement
of tablets on their burrs, which can break easily. Efficient
de-burring and de-dusting and full suction output is concentrated
on de-dusting zone for flushing out powder.
Most of the parts are made of SS 304 Material; SS 316 material
can be supplied on demand with extra cost. Looking to the
discharge height, we can provide you the machine with small
stand & big stand. |
