  • AGITATION ASSEMBLY:


  • EMULSIFIER :

Assembly of In Line High Speed Emulsifier is fitted at the bottom of the vessel.   Piping start from the emulsifier for material drain & re-circulation, it is easy to operate, clean an easy to handle during assembly & disassembly during maintenance. It is useful in process of emulsifying as well as transfer of material to storage vessel and also for re-circulation of material in manufacturing vessel.

  • LIFTING AND LOWERING SYSTEM AT MANUFACTURING VESSEL:

Hydraulically operated lifting and lowering system for Top Dish with Agitation assembly. Hydraulic system consist of two nos. of hydraulic cylinder & one hydraulic power pack unit. One guide road provided for smooth up & down movement of unit( 600 mm Lifting)

       
2.        WAX PHASE VESSEL:

  • Conical filter provided at discharge port of valve, at bottom of vessel.

  • 01 Nos. connections for fittings of extra facilities like fitting of temperature sensor.
  • Loose lid provided on top of the vessel in two piece.

5.        OINTMENT TRANSFER PUMP :

One pump required to transfer the material from Mixing Vessel to the Storage Vessel & another pump required to transfer the material from storage vessel to the hopper of Ointment Filling M/c.
       
       
6.        CONTROL PANEL: The control panel shall consist following controls


7.        PRODUCT PIPING:   

  • Wax phase vessel to Manufacturing Vessel.
  • Water phase vessel to Manufacturing Vessel.
  • Manufacturing Vessel's bottom to Top for re-circulation & Bottom to Ointment Transfer Pump and Transfer Pump to Storage Vessel.
  • Storage vessel to Pump & Pump to Hopper to Tube Filling M/C ( 03 meter pipe )
       
8.        WORKING PLATFORM:   

Working platform made out of SS304 & top of the platform will be covered with aluminum checkered plate for the safe movement of the operator.  Platform will be provided with one staircase.   Railing made of SS304 will be provided at the border of the platform for safety.

9.        VACUUM PUMP:
