"Precious" Double Rotary Tableting Machine
Construction:

Precious Double sided Tableting Press combines in one machine the sophistication, which today’s Tableting requirements demands together with highly functional mechanical design and components. Machine Construction is of rugged design with turret made of highly ductile SG Iron casting. Very rigid gun metal Feed Frame (both identical) with sufficient height to avoid spill over of powder. Turret rotates on needle roller thrust bearing, which is immersed in oil for frictionless rotation. Specially designed 3 piece (on demand) Turret has been developed to avoid crack between die holes especially for 33, 35, 41 & 45 stn machines.

High Turret Speed with Special Grade Casting of SG Iron 400/12.
To keep the table Clean Provision for dust extractor and de-burring as well as excess oil collection from turret is provided.
Cam Tracks and pressure rolls are from hard alloy steel to ensure long life.
Machine does not require any foundation as it is to be mounted on ANTI VIBRATING PADS.
Inching system is provided to help to set weight and hardness of the tablet.

Heavy duty construction for VIBRATION FREE LONG LIFE.
Machine is totally enclosed with top half of the machine with S.S.hood and Acrylic covers and lower half of the machine with mat finished S.S.Covers. Digital counter provided on control panel, it would indicate total output, turret RPM & output of tablets per minute. Compression zone is paint free with plenty of space for ease in cleaning. RPM of turret is high compared to the STD. model, thereby increasing the output by 40%. Being enclosed Compression zone reduces noise level & minimize cross contamination problem. Emergency switch provided for safety.
Lower Punch seals provided to avoid powder to enter in Lower Punch Track guide to avoid jamming of Lower Punches.

Salient features.:
29 & 35 station press are specially designed to compress capsules & oval shaped tablets of length 23 and 19mm respectively.
Force feeder are provided to regulate uniform flow of large volume of granules at high speed.
Force feeder are with variable speed drive to feed granules at desired rate.
Upper punch penetration system facilitates in setting compression position in the Die.
Standard feed frames are also be used as an alternative arrangement in case of breakdown of force flow feeders.
Unique clutch system to start & stop the machine to avoid abnormal load on the machine.
Upper punches are covered with acrylic dust guards.
Lower punches seals can be provided to reduce jamming of the punches to some extant (No demand).
Turret with key slots (essential for shaped tooling) are provided in 29, 35 & 37 station press. (optional in 45 & 47 station press).
For safety purpose top acrylic guards are interlocked to prevent the machine being operated when the guards are open.
Large paint free compression zone to meet GMP norms. Motor and gear box of feeders are fitted outside the compression zone on top of the machine, which also facilitates ease of maintenance.
Machine is totally enclosed. This reduce the noise level and prevents to & fro flow of dust between compression zone and compression room.
Anti-vibration mountings provided hence no foundation is required.
